We thoroughly test each item that we sell and make sure that it lives up to manufacturer's standards for performance. Any item that fails, we will issue an RMA number. Simply return it for exchange of another same or similar unit. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance and we will provide you with a replacement in an expeditious manner.
